BIG NEWS TODAY

We received our approval from immigration today (I171H)!!!!!!!!!!!! This is huge. I will get it notarized tomorrow and off to Austin tomorrow afternoon. So in theory we could have our dossier turned in for translation by mid-October. That is what I am shooting for.

Wow that was fast!

I did not post this but a week ago Monday I sent about 3/4 of our paperwork to the Vietnamese consulate in San Francisco for authentication. We received it back today.:) So I am now waiting on our form from USCIS (immigration)to send the few remaining documents to Austin and then to SF. We are hoping to submit our dossier in early November. Wish us luck with that b/c our six months for the paperwork is up mid-November.
